called to get an estimate on testing a set of injectors. nothing was wrong with my injectors i just suspected a leak. i was told 24-48 hrs turn around time. it was over a week before i got a call saying "all of your injectors are bad but we can sell you new ones"!! I said no send them back. over a week later i call to find out where they are and nobody knows. no invoice was made up. we have now experienced roughly $10k in lost wages... highly dissapointed

Injector pump repair(1979 Ford 545 tractor) injector pump repair (Bandit Wood Chipper) new injector pump for JD 455E crawler loader. ALL these machines are still running today with help from Chason Diesel.They are great at communicating and prices are very reasonable. I install my own pumps and they offered support if I had any issues, which I have had none. GREAT COMPANY!!

If you have a 7.3 with a problem come to this shop they fix my 7.3 other shop only make me waste money

Did a diag of truck overheating. They didn't tell me the codes, just reset them. Didn't give me an estimate to fix issue. They said they don't do those big fixes there? Then they charged me 60 for coolant which none whatsoever was added. Total ripoff. Took my truck elsewhere to a real diesel shop and my CC company took the money back from them and refunded it . Lesson learned
